thebestmovies.lol is a people’s vote. Titles climb because people show up and click Vote — not because a panel, a studio, or an algorithm decided the canon. This is not IMDb.

Everyone gets one free vote per UTC day. Want more? Extra votes are pay-what-you-want: $1 buys 2 votes. Use them one at a time, or dump them on Claim #1 and take the crown in a single hit.

Adding a movie is free — it waits for approval. From $15 you can list immediately, and that amount becomes votes on the title. Same rate: $1 = 2 votes.

It’s a side project from @shittyvibecoder. Polar is the merchant of record for paid stuff. Rank is vote count, not quality. We can hide or reject titles. Don’t submit illegal garbage. Otherwise: have fun.
